How FocusRadar collects, uses, and protects information for matched study previews

FocusRadar helps people preview paid focus groups and research studies matched to their city, profile, role, and preferences. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use FocusRadar.
This policy applies to the FocusRadar website, account features, match flow, study preview experience, contact forms, and subscription features.

FocusRadar may send service-related or transactional emails, such as account, billing, support, contact form, or important service notices.
Newsletter and marketing email features are not a core part of the current FocusRadar service. If we send marketing emails in the future, we will do so where permitted and provide appropriate opt-out options.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate, secure, and improve FocusRadar. These providers may include Supabase for authentication, account data, and database services; Creem for payment and subscription processing; Resend for transactional and contact email delivery; Cloudflare for DNS, email routing, security, and network services; Vercel for hosting; and Google OAuth if you choose to sign in with Google.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

FocusRadar may show direct source links or provider links to third-party study sponsors, research providers, or opportunity pages. If you choose to open those links or submit information to those third-party sites, their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices apply.
FocusRadar does not automatically submit your profile or match information to study sponsors. Third-party sponsors or providers decide their own eligibility criteria, acceptance decisions, communications, compensation, payment timing, and study availability.
FocusRadar is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that requirement or have appropriate consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
