Terms for using FocusRadar matched study previews and Pro source link access

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FocusRadar. By using FocusRadar, creating an account, starting a match flow, viewing study previews, or subscribing to FocusRadar Pro, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use FocusRadar.
FocusRadar helps users preview paid focus groups and research studies matched to their city, profile, role, and preferences. Free users can preview limited or basic study information. FocusRadar Pro users can unlock direct source links or provider links for matched study previews.
FocusRadar does not conduct research studies itself. FocusRadar is not a study sponsor, research provider, recruiter, employer, or payment provider for the third-party opportunities shown through the service.
You may use FocusRadar only if you can legally enter into these Terms and use the service under applicable law. You are responsible for making sure your use of FocusRadar and any third-party study opportunity complies with laws and requirements that apply to you.
You may need an account to access certain features, including Pro source link access. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
If you use Google sign-in or another third-party authentication provider, that provider's terms and privacy practices also apply.
FocusRadar Pro is a paid subscription. Pro unlocks access to direct source links or provider links for matched study previews. Paying for Pro does not guarantee participation in any study, acceptance by any sponsor, compensation, payment, response, or study availability.
Payment and subscription processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Creem. You are responsible for subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Billing management and cancellation may be available through your account or billing settings, or by contacting support.
Refunds, if any, are subject to applicable law, payment provider rules, and FocusRadar policies then in effect. We do not promise unconditional refunds.
Source links may lead to third-party websites operated by study sponsors, research providers, panels, marketplaces, or other organizations. Those third parties control their own study details, eligibility criteria, application processes, communications, acceptance decisions, scheduling, compensation, payment, and availability.
FocusRadar is not responsible for third-party website content, accuracy, privacy practices, terms, decisions, communications, payments, or your interactions with third-party sponsors or providers. You should review third-party terms and privacy policies before submitting information or participating in any study.
FocusRadar provides matched study previews and source link access. FocusRadar does not guarantee that you are eligible for any study, that you will be accepted, that a study will remain available, that a sponsor will respond, that you will complete a study, or that you will receive compensation, payment, or earnings.
Pro access only unlocks direct source links or provider links. It does not guarantee study participation, acceptance, compensation, payment, or any specific outcome.

FocusRadar, including its website, design, text, software, features, branding, and content, is owned by FocusRadar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may use FocusRadar only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit FocusRadar content or software unless we give you permission or the law allows it.
FocusRadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that FocusRadar will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party study information or source links.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusRadar and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of FocusRadar or third-party study opportunities.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to FocusRadar if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, misused the service, or if we discontinue part or all of the service. You may stop using FocusRadar at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of FocusRadar after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
